To whom it may concern,

I confirm that I am authorised to act on behalf of the business named above, and I appoint Energy Rebate Expert as our agent for the purpose of Climate Change Levy (CCL) exemption and rebate claims. This authority permits Energy Rebate Expert to:

Contact our energy supplier(s) and obtain copies of our invoices, contracts and consumption data;
Prepare and submit CCL exemption certificates (including PP10/PP11 forms) on our behalf;
Liaise with our supplier(s) and HMRC regarding the application of the exemption and any refund of past CCL charges.

This authority does not permit Energy Rebate Expert to switch our energy supplier, enter into any energy supply contract, or make any financial commitment on our behalf. It remains valid for 12 months or until cancelled in writing.
